    • Minyak secukupnya
    • 2 sudu besar gula merah

    Latar Belakang dan Sejarah Ani Sup Utara

    Little Cash (M) Sdn Bhd ditubuhkan pada 13 Jun 2005 dan telah didaftarkan di bawah Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Little Cash (M) Sdn Bhd merupakan syarikat yang menguruskan rangkaian restoran Ani Sup Utara yang kini telah berjumlah lebih 25 buah restoran di seluruh Malaysia. Restoran Ani Sup Utara memulakan operasi pada 01 Julai 2003 di Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Tulang belakang perniagaan pada ketika itu adalah pengasasnya sendiri iaitu Allahyarham Encik Hasanuddin bin Ibrahim dan Puan Rohani binti Abu.

    Pada awalnya tidak ada cadangan untuk menambah cawangan restoran tetapi melihat kepada penerimaan pelanggan yang terlalu hebat, Allahyarham Encik Hasanuddin mencadangkan pada ketika itu untuk menambah cawangan dan menanam wawasan untuk membina satu rangkaian restoran melayu yang terbesar di Malaysia.

    Melihat kepada prestasi syarikat yang semakin baik, Allahyarham Encik Hasanuddin telah mengambil keputusan untuk meletakkan Little Cash (M) Sdn Bhd sebagai syarikat pengurusan rangkaian restoran ini.
