You may apply in-store at our Customer Service Counter or apply online. You may renew your membership in-store or online upon its expiry or earlier within 12 months prior to expiry. Your membership will be upgraded, and benefits and privileges will be even greater.
- GOLD – if you spent more than RM6,000 within 12 months calendar year.
- PLATINUM – if you spent more than RM12,000 within 12 months calendar year.

There are three (3) modes of transportation i.e.:
- By Car: Get onto Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Go past our building on your right and turn right onto Jalan Esfahan. The entrance to our car park will be on your right, just as you are turning.
- Getting here on Foot: If you are taking a bus or a cab, get off at the bus station or taxi stand at Jalan Dang Wangi next to our building. You can enter via any one of our 3 entrances at Jalan Dang Wangi and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. If you are coming by Jalan Raja Laut or Jalan Esfahan, enter from our Japanese Garden.
- Getting here by LRT: Take the Ampang Line (formerly Star LRT) and get off at Bandaraya station. Take the link bridge that connects the station to our building. It takes you straight to our GF or 1F entrance.
